CVE-2021-3798 | 1 Opencryptoki Project | 1 Opencryptoki | 2023-02-12 | N/A | 5.5 MEDIUM |
A flaw was found in openCryptoki. The openCryptoki Soft token does not check if an EC key is valid when an EC key is created via C_CreateObject, nor when C_DeriveKey is used with ECDH public data. This may allow a malicious user to extract the private key by performing an invalid curve attack.
CVE-2021-3750 | 2 Qemu, Redhat | 2 Qemu, Enterprise Linux | 2023-02-12 | 4.6 MEDIUM | 8.2 HIGH |
A DMA reentrancy issue was found in the USB EHCI controller emulation of QEMU. EHCI does not verify if the Buffer Pointer overlaps with its MMIO region when it transfers the USB packets. Crafted content may be written to the controller's registers and trigger undesirable actions (such as reset) while the device is still transferring packets. This can ultimately lead to a use-after-free issue. A malicious guest could use this flaw to crash the QEMU process on the host, resulting in a denial of service condition, or potentially execute arbitrary code within the context of the QEMU process on the host. This flaw affects QEMU versions before 7.0.0.
CVE-2021-3643 | 1 Sox Project | 1 Sox | 2023-02-12 | 6.4 MEDIUM | 9.1 CRITICAL |
A flaw was found in sox 14.4.1. The lsx_adpcm_init function within libsox leads to a global-buffer-overflow. This flaw allows an attacker to input a malicious file, leading to the disclosure of sensitive information.
CVE-2021-3660 | 2 Cockpit-project, Redhat | 2 Cockpit, Enterprise Linux | 2023-02-12 | 4.3 MEDIUM | 4.3 MEDIUM |
Cockpit (and its plugins) do not seem to protect itself against clickjacking. It is possible to render a page from a cockpit server via another website, inside an <iFrame> HTML entry. This may be used by a malicious website in clickjacking or similar attacks.
CVE-2021-3744 | 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Linux and 2 more | 24 Debian Linux, Fedora, Linux Kernel and 21 more | 2023-02-12 | 2.1 LOW | 5.5 MEDIUM |
A memory leak flaw was found in the Linux kernel in the ccp_run_aes_gcm_cmd() function in drivers/crypto/ccp/ccp-ops.c, which allows attackers to cause a denial of service (memory consumption). This vulnerability is similar with the older CVE-2019-18808.
CVE-2021-3772 | 5 Debian, Linux, Netapp and 2 more | 26 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, E-series Santricity Os Controller and 23 more | 2023-02-12 | 5.8 MEDIUM | 6.5 MEDIUM |
A flaw was found in the Linux SCTP stack. A blind attacker may be able to kill an existing SCTP association through invalid chunks if the attacker knows the IP-addresses and port numbers being used and the attacker can send packets with spoofed IP addresses.
CVE-2021-3667 | 2 Netapp, Redhat | 3 Ontap Select Deploy Administration Utility, Enterprise Linux, Libvirt | 2023-02-12 | 3.5 LOW | 6.5 MEDIUM |
An improper locking issue was found in the virStoragePoolLookupByTargetPath API of libvirt. It occurs in the storagePoolLookupByTargetPath function where a locked virStoragePoolObj object is not properly released on ACL permission failure. Clients connecting to the read-write socket with limited ACL permissions could use this flaw to acquire the lock and prevent other users from accessing storage pool/volume APIs, resulting in a denial of service condition. The highest threat from this vulnerability is to system availability.
CVE-2021-3639 | 1 Uninett | 1 Mod Auth Mellon | 2023-02-12 | N/A | 6.1 MEDIUM |
A flaw was found in mod_auth_mellon where it does not sanitize logout URLs properly. This issue could be used by an attacker to facilitate phishing attacks by tricking users into visiting a trusted web application URL that redirects to an external and potentially malicious server. The highest threat from this liability is to confidentiality and integrity.
CVE-2021-3521 | 1 Rpm | 1 Rpm | 2023-02-12 | N/A | 4.7 MEDIUM |
There is a flaw in RPM's signature functionality. OpenPGP subkeys are associated with a primary key via a "binding signature." RPM does not check the binding signature of subkeys prior to importing them. If an attacker is able to add or socially engineer another party to add a malicious subkey to a legitimate public key, RPM could wrongly trust a malicious signature. The greatest impact of this flaw is to data integrity. To exploit this flaw, an attacker must either compromise an RPM repository or convince an administrator to install an untrusted RPM or public key. It is strongly recommended to only use RPMs and public keys from trusted sources.
CVE-2021-3442 | 1 Redhat | 1 Openshift Api Management | 2023-02-12 | N/A | 5.4 MEDIUM |
A flaw was found in the Red Hat OpenShift API Management product. User input is not validated allowing an authenticated user to inject scripts into some text boxes leading to a XSS attack. The highest threat from this vulnerability is to data confidentiality.
CVE-2021-3611 | 2 Qemu, Redhat | 2 Qemu, Enterprise Linux | 2023-02-12 | 2.1 LOW | 6.5 MEDIUM |
A stack overflow vulnerability was found in the Intel HD Audio device (intel-hda) of QEMU. A malicious guest could use this flaw to crash the QEMU process on the host, resulting in a denial of service condition. The highest threat from this vulnerability is to system availability. This flaw affects QEMU versions prior to 7.0.0.
CVE-2021-3575 | 3 Fedoraproject, Redhat, Uclouvain | 3 Fedora, Enterprise Linux, Openjpeg | 2023-02-12 | 6.8 MEDIUM | 7.8 HIGH |
A heap-based buffer overflow was found in openjpeg in color.c:379:42 in sycc420_to_rgb when decompressing a crafted .j2k file. An attacker could use this to execute arbitrary code with the permissions of the application compiled against openjpeg.
