CVE-2019-3822 | 7 Canonical, Debian, Haxx and 4 more | 16 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Libcurl and 13 more | 2021-06-15 | 7.5 HIGH | 9.8 CRITICAL |
libcurl versions from 7.36.0 to before 7.64.0 are vulnerable to a stack-based buffer overflow. The function creating an outgoing NTLM type-3 header (`lib/vauth/ntlm.c:Curl_auth_create_ntlm_type3_message()`), generates the request HTTP header contents based on previously received data. The check that exists to prevent the local buffer from getting overflowed is implemented wrongly (using unsigned math) and as such it does not prevent the overflow from happening. This output data can grow larger than the local buffer if very large 'nt response' data is extracted from a previous NTLMv2 header provided by the malicious or broken HTTP server. Such a 'large value' needs to be around 1000 bytes or more. The actual payload data copied to the target buffer comes from the NTLMv2 type-2 response header.
CVE-2018-11763 | 5 Apache, Canonical, Netapp and 2 more | 9 Http Server, Ubuntu Linux, Storage Automation Store and 6 more | 2021-06-06 | 4.3 MEDIUM | 5.9 MEDIUM |
In Apache HTTP Server 2.4.17 to 2.4.34, by sending continuous, large SETTINGS frames a client can occupy a connection, server thread and CPU time without any connection timeout coming to effect. This affects only HTTP/2 connections. A possible mitigation is to not enable the h2 protocol.
CVE-2017-9788 | 6 Apache, Apple, Debian and 3 more | 16 Http Server, Mac Os X, Debian Linux and 13 more | 2021-06-06 | 6.4 MEDIUM | 9.1 CRITICAL |
In Apache httpd before 2.2.34 and 2.4.x before 2.4.27, the value placeholder in [Proxy-]Authorization headers of type 'Digest' was not initialized or reset before or between successive key=value assignments by mod_auth_digest. Providing an initial key with no '=' assignment could reflect the stale value of uninitialized pool memory used by the prior request, leading to leakage of potentially confidential information, and a segfault in other cases resulting in denial of service.
CVE-2017-3167 | 6 Apache, Apple, Debian and 3 more | 15 Http Server, Mac Os X, Debian Linux and 12 more | 2021-06-06 | 7.5 HIGH | 9.8 CRITICAL |
In Apache httpd 2.2.x before 2.2.33 and 2.4.x before 2.4.26, use of the ap_get_basic_auth_pw() by third-party modules outside of the authentication phase may lead to authentication requirements being bypassed.
CVE-2021-2177 | 1 Oracle | 1 Secure Global Desktop | 2021-05-26 | 7.5 HIGH | 10.0 CRITICAL |
Vulnerability in the Oracle Secure Global Desktop product of Oracle Virtualization (component: Gateway). The supported version that is affected is 5.6. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via multiple protocols to compromise Oracle Secure Global Desktop. While the vulnerability is in Oracle Secure Global Desktop, attacks may significantly impact additional products. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in takeover of Oracle Secure Global Desktop.
CVE-2019-3823 | 5 Canonical, Debian, Haxx and 2 more | 7 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Libcurl and 4 more | 2021-03-09 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
libcurl versions from 7.34.0 to before 7.64.0 are vulnerable to a heap out-of-bounds read in the code handling the end-of-response for SMTP. If the buffer passed to `smtp_endofresp()` isn't NUL terminated and contains no character ending the parsed number, and `len` is set to 5, then the `strtol()` call reads beyond the allocated buffer. The read contents will not be returned to the caller.
CVE-2018-16890 | 8 Canonical, Debian, F5 and 5 more | 10 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Big-ip Access Policy Manager and 7 more | 2020-09-18 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
libcurl versions from 7.36.0 to before 7.64.0 is vulnerable to a heap buffer out-of-bounds read. The function handling incoming NTLM type-2 messages (`lib/vauth/ntlm.c:ntlm_decode_type2_target`) does not validate incoming data correctly and is subject to an integer overflow vulnerability. Using that overflow, a malicious or broken NTLM server could trick libcurl to accept a bad length + offset combination that would lead to a buffer read out-of-bounds.
CVE-2018-1304 | 5 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 2 more | 11 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 8 more | 2019-10-02 | 4.3 MEDIUM | 5.9 MEDIUM |
The URL pattern of "" (the empty string) which exactly maps to the context root was not correctly handled in Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.4, 8.5.0 to 8.5.27, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.49 and 7.0.0 to 7.0.84 when used as part of a security constraint definition. This caused the constraint to be ignored. It was, therefore, possible for unauthorised users to gain access to web application resources that should have been protected. Only security constraints with a URL pattern of the empty string were affected.
CVE-2018-19439 | 1 Oracle | 1 Secure Global Desktop | 2019-01-07 | 4.3 MEDIUM | 6.1 MEDIUM |
XSS exists in the Administration Console in Oracle Secure Global Desktop 4.4 20080807152602 (but was fixed in later versions including 5.4). helpwindow.jsp has reflected XSS via all parameters, as demonstrated by the sgdadmin/faces/com_sun_web_ui/help/helpwindow.jsp windowTitle parameter.
CVE-2013-2064 | 6 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 3 more | 6 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 3 more | 2018-10-30 | 6.8 MEDIUM | N/A |
Integer overflow in X.org libxcb 1.9 and earlier allows X servers to trigger allocation of insufficient memory and a buffer overflow via vectors related to the read_packet function.
CVE-2016-3613 | 1 Oracle | 1 Secure Global Desktop | 2017-08-31 | 10.0 HIGH | 9.8 CRITICAL |
