A vulnerability in the authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA) function of Cisco IOS XE Software could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to bypass NETCONF or RESTCONF authentication and do either of the following: Install, manipulate, or delete the configuration of an affected device Cause memory corruption that results in a denial of service (DoS) on an affected device This vulnerability is due to an uninitialized variable. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a series of NETCONF or RESTCONF requests to an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to use NETCONF or RESTCONF to install, manipulate, or delete the configuration of a network device or to corrupt memory on the device, resulting a DoS.
CVE-2021-3435 | 1 Zephyrproject | 1 Zephyr | 2022-07-08 | 2.1 LOW | 3.3 LOW |
Information leakage in le_ecred_conn_req(). Zephyr versions >= v2.4.0 Use of Uninitialized Resource (CWE-908). For more information, see https://github.com/zephyrproject-rtos/zephyr/security/advisories/GHSA-xhg3-gvj6-4rqh
CVE-2021-40608 | 1 Gpac | 1 Gpac | 2022-07-07 | 4.3 MEDIUM | 5.5 MEDIUM |

CVE-2020-15523 | 3 Microsoft, Netapp, Python | 3 Windows, Snapcenter, Python | 2022-07-05 | 6.9 MEDIUM | 7.8 HIGH |
In Python 3.6 through 3.6.10, 3.7 through 3.7.8, 3.8 through 3.8.4rc1, and 3.9 through 3.9.0b4 on Windows, a Trojan horse python3.dll might be used in cases where CPython is embedded in a native application. This occurs because python3X.dll may use an invalid search path for python3.dll loading (after Py_SetPath has been used). NOTE: this issue CANNOT occur when using python.exe from a standard (non-embedded) Python installation on Windows.
CVE-2022-21217 | 1 Reolink | 2 Rlc-410w, Rlc-410w Firmware | 2022-07-01 | 7.5 HIGH | 9.8 CRITICAL |

CVE-2019-5067 | 1 Aspose | 1 Aspose.pdf For C\+\+ | 2022-06-27 | 7.5 HIGH | 9.8 CRITICAL |
An uninitialized memory access vulnerability exists in the way Aspose.PDF 19.2 for C++ handles invalid parent object pointers. A specially crafted PDF can cause a read and write from uninitialized memory, resulting in memory corruption and possibly arbitrary code execution. To trigger this vulnerability, a specifically crafted PDF document needs to be processed by the target application.
CVE-2022-31026 | 1 Trilogy Project | 1 Trilogy | 2022-06-15 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
Trilogy is a client library for MySQL. When authenticating, a malicious server could return a specially crafted authentication packet, causing the client to read and return up to 12 bytes of data from an uninitialized variable in stack memory. Users of the trilogy gem should upgrade to version 2.1.1 This issue can be avoided by only connecting to trusted servers.
CVE-2022-29205 | 1 Google | 1 Tensorflow | 2022-06-02 | 2.1 LOW | 5.5 MEDIUM |
TensorFlow is an open source platform for machine learning. Prior to versions 2.9.0, 2.8.1, 2.7.2, and 2.6.4, there is a potential for segfault / denial of service in TensorFlow by calling `tf.compat.v1.*` ops which don't yet have support for quantized types, which was added after migration to TensorFlow 2.x. In these scenarios, since the kernel is missing, a `nullptr` value is passed to `ParseDimensionValue` for the `py_value` argument. Then, this is dereferenced, resulting in segfault. Versions 2.9.0, 2.8.1, 2.7.2, and 2.6.4 contain a patch for this issue.
CVE-2021-29623 | 2 Exiv2, Fedoraproject | 2 Exiv2, Fedora | 2022-05-27 | 4.3 MEDIUM | 3.3 LOW |
Exiv2 is a C++ library and a command-line utility to read, write, delete and modify Exif, IPTC, XMP and ICC image metadata. A read of uninitialized memory was found in Exiv2 versions v0.27.3 and earlier. Exiv2 is a command-line utility and C++ library for reading, writing, deleting, and modifying the metadata of image files. The read of uninitialized memory is triggered when Exiv2 is used to read the metadata of a crafted image file. An attacker could potentially exploit the vulnerability to leak a few bytes of stack memory, if they can trick the victim into running Exiv2 on a crafted image file. The bug is fixed in version v0.27.4.
